360° is a very popular bar at super-swanky Jumeirah Beach Hotel and in the weekends, the line to get in is often depressingly long. The bar itself is very small and I don’t think 360° can accommodate much more than 100-200 persons, which also explain the long wait to get in. Just showing up at 360° on a Friday night around midnight is therefore not recommendable, unless you want to spend most of your night queuing. If you want to visit this place, you have to come early.

The entrance to 360° is to the right of the hotel and golf buggies will drive you to the bar which is located on top of 360° Restaurant, at the end of a long pier. On your way out, you have a fabulous view of the luxury hotel Burj Al Arab, so remember to bring your camera. 360° is both popular for sundowners and late night partying and people are surprisingly up-dressed considering it’s basically just a beach bar. For sundowners and dinner, beachwear/casual is ok, but after 21:00, the dress code, according to the 360° website, is “chic and stylish”. Except for Friday, there’s happy hour17:00-20:00 with discounts on selected drinks. In the weekend, 360° is more of a nightclub than a bar and people really dress up.

The restaurant is ok and the prices are very reasonable, considering the extravagant surroundings but not a lot of people come for the food. I’ve dined there once, but all I could think about during the dinner, was that I wanted to hurry to finish eating so I could go upstairs and enjoy the view instead. So skip the dinner and head directly upstairs for open-air cocktails with a view.

Nowadays, 360° is mentioned in most guidebooks and the crowd is, not surprisingly, mostly tourists. However, 360° is still a very nice bar and definitely worth the wait, but if you want a similar vibe without the long lines, I can recommend visiting 101 at One & Only, Palm Jumeirah instead.

• There is no cover charge and cocktails are around 60AED.

• Most of the seating areas are reserved for people willing to spend a large amount on beverages.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_media_grid element_width=”3″ item=”1469″ grid_id=”vc_gid:1472730703790-b578a36f-bb4c-8″ include=”5301,5299,5295″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-xs-6″][vc_single_image image=”397″ img_size=”full” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” link=”https://plus.google.com/b/102438820612363667079/102438820612363667079/posts”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-xs-6″][vc_single_image image=”396″ img_size=”full” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” link=”https://www.facebook.com/Mitzie-Mees-Dubai-1950842841809574/”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][wpgmza id=”177″][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-xs-6″][vc_single_image image=”4727″ img_size=”full” onclick=”custom_link” link=”https://mitziemee.com/dubai-guide/”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-xs-6″][vc_single_image image=”4723″ img_size=”full” onclick=”custom_link” link=”https://mitziemee.com/dubai-guide/dubai-restaurants/”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-xs-6″][vc_single_image image=”4719″ img_size=”full” onclick=”custom_link” link=”https://mitziemee.com/dubai-guide/dubai-nightlife/”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-xs-6″][vc_single_image image=”4725″ img_size=”full” onclick=”custom_link” link=”https://mitziemee.com/dubai-guide/dubai-shopping/”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
