Last week I was invited to the Zomato Gold Party at Kempinski out at Palm Jumeriah. It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to any blogger events, because you reach a point where they all just feel the same, and personally, I wasn’t really feeling it anymore. Though Zomato usually throws some really great parties, so I decided to go, and I brought Shinae with me as my +1.
The party was to celebrate the launch of the new Zomato Gold app, but since the Kempinski hotel chain turns 120 this year, this was also celebrated with special 120 cocktails and anniversary macarons. The party was on a weeknight so we thought we would just swing by for a drink, but we ended up staying for 3 hours. Not bad for a weekday night!
