I love laksa, but it takes a long time to make from scratch, so I was super happy to find this laksa curry paste that makes it possible to make authentic-tasting laksa in your own kitchen in less than 20 minutes. The laksa curry paste is made with natural ingredients and the aromatic broth tastes amazing.
For a basic version of laksa, you just need to add coconut milk, fresh lime juice, and your choice of noodles, but if you want the authentic, straight-outta-Singapore flavor, I suggest that you also add, shrimp or chicken, fried tofu, egg, beansprouts, and cilantro.
Each packet contains 2 kits Laksa Curry Paste, and makes 4 servings in total. The kit only includes the Laksa Curry Paste. You will need to add noodles, protein and garnish.
Homiah recommends that you add 1 ½ cup water and ¾ cup of coconut milk per pack, but I usually add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of coconut milk to make more soup as I prefer my laksa more soupy.
The curry paste is free from additives. It’s also non-GMO, soy free, gluten free, and dairy free.
