The Orange Olive Marmalade is not your usual marmalade. It is savory and the garlic and thyme go well with the subtle sweetness from the orange. Very good with sharp cheese.

Long time ago, Rebecca Monterro, founder of Spread-mmms, started working on her own tapenade recipe.
