The Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles were developed in collaboration with food influencers Ewa and Jeromy Ko from Nom Life, inspired by the sizzling oil noodles which is a beloved Chinese comfort food.
The noodles are air-dried, and will be ready in 4 minutes. Mix with the sauce, add a fried egg and sprinkle with scallions, and you have a delicious, satisfying meal ready in no time.
Mitzie Mee – Sanne: I love how perfectly bouncy the noodles are. They don’t taste like any other instant noodles out there. The sauce is also delicious. The noodles are good on their own, just with the sauce, but I usually add a fried egg, tofu, chicken or other kinds of protein to make it a little more filling. I also like the noodles with a bit of Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic Chili Crisp for some added heat, it’s delicious!

Omsom was founded by the two sisters Vanessa and Kim Pham. They are daughters of Vietnamese refugees and grew up watching their mom cook dinners from scratch. After a stint into consulting and startups, the sisters returned to their roots and build a company focused on celebrating the diversity found in Asian flavors.
The bold flavors are inspired by foodies and Asian chefs from renowned restaurants in New York City and beyond, providing easy access to delicious, real-deal Asian food. All Omsom products are free from preservatives, and artificial flavors. Many of the ingredients are sourced directly from Asian and imported exclusively by Omsom, ensuring a unique, authentic taste.
