They immediately realized how tasty that combo was and went on to collaborate with Secret Aardvark, creating the popular Spicy Jamaican Jerk Rockfish with lightly smoked Oregon rockfish tinned with Aardvark’s Secret Sauce. It has a smoky, not too spicy, flavor with a hint of sweetness, and it’s truly delicious . Great as taco filling or in a salad.
