The Octopus in Butter with Lemon and Dill is my all-time favorite product from Tiny Fish Co. The octopus is a bycatch from cod fisheries in Alaska using sustainable pot-catching methods, so supply varies, which is why this product is now and then sold out in my shop.
The octopus is drenched in a delicious sauce made with butter, sunflower oil, lemon, dill, and salt. I usually eat the octopus straight from the tin with crackers from Hungry Bird Eats and a chilled glass of white wine, but it’s also great in salads, or as a popular addition to any tapas table. If you’re having the octopus straight from the tin, make sure you serve it with plenty of bread to soak up every yummy drop of the sauce.

At Tiny Fish Co. the focus is on sustainability and great taste, and the unique, super delicious, flavor combinations makes the brand stand out from the crowd. They might be a tiny fish in a big pond, but they’re swimming in a different league than most other tinned seafood brands out there.
