Mike’s Coffee and Deli er ikke stort mer enn et hull i veggen, men de lager skikkelig god frokost, så er du i området, bør du absolutt ta turen innom.
Stedet har ligget i nabolaget i mange år og fungerer som et fast stopp for folk som bor i området, folk på vei til jobb og de få turistene som har fått stedet anbefalt. Det er ofte lang kø, men stemningen er avslappet og personalet er hyggelige og pratsomme.
Vi bestilte en klassisk breakfast sandwich med bacon, egg og ost, stor nok til at vi kunne dele. Enkelt, men veldig godt. Vi tok den med oss og spiste den litt lenger nede i gaten, mens vi nippet til kaffen vi hadde hentet hos Lucid. En perfekt start på dagen og et veldig bra sted for frokost to go.
