The Summer Bliss Platter – Fruits, Berries, Seed Crackers and Chocolate Spread

This is what I’ll be snacking on this summer! Blake Hill’s new Naked Classic Chocolate Spread has no added sugar but gets its sweetness from pineapple juice and the richness from pure dark cocoa. It’s a great snack paired with seed crackers, fresh fruit and berries, whenever you’re craving something sweet but want to keep it clean, avoiding unnecessary additives and refined sugar.

Start by laying out multi-seed crackers on a nice serving dish, then spread each one with a generous layer of the Naked Classic Chocolate Spread. Top the crackers with a colorful mix of fresh fruit and berries. Think juicy strawberries, sweet blueberries, tart raspberries, slices of kiwi, and crisp apple wedges. In the video below, a couple of mini marshmallows have also found their way to the tray, because they look cute and go well with the chocolate flavor, but you can leave them out for a healthier option.

The seed crackers are the Rye + Sea Salt crackers from my friend Tina’s brand Hungry Bird Eats. This flavor goes really well with fruits and berries, adding a pinch of salt and a bunch of yum to the platter. If you want to get fancy, add a few mint leaves, some edible flowers, fresh herbs and maybe a handful of nuts for a bit of crunch.
