At Bis Designer Resale you can shop around for pre-owned designer goods. The cozy store in Upper East Side usually has a nice selection of Chanel jackets, Gucci bags and Hermès scarves in store, but of course it varies with what comes in.
The owner of the store knows her stuff, so don’t expect any too-good-to-be-true bargains.
