
I’d actually taken a break from Pumpkin Spice Lattes for a while. The standard Starbucks version had just become way too sweet for me, and these days, I prefer my coffee without sugar or syrup. You can also make your own version with pumpkin spice syrup, just add a few drops to your latte. If you go that route, I’d recommend using whole milk to get that same creamy, café-style texture.
