迪拜: 在The Sky Korean Restaurant吃鸡脚

有一天晚上,我和朋友Peter到The Sky, 一间在阿尔巴沙金色郁金香酒店(Golden Tulip Hotel Al Barsha)里的韩国餐厅。它是一间比较休闲,但很不错的餐厅,而且离迪拜码头不远。另外,它也是Peter在迪拜最喜爱的韩国餐厅之一。

餐厅的老板都是韩国人,而这家庭的妈妈也很为教导厨师如何烹饪出真正的韩国味道,让食物吃起来和在韩国吃的一样,感到骄傲。

在Sky用餐的大多数都是韩国人,餐厅也并没有做太多的广告宣传,所以如果你不知道这个地方,它也不是一个你会不小心误打误撞就找得到的地方。

那一晚,Peter的朋友和他的太太在The Sky吃晚餐,我们就和他们一起吃了。我们也不知怎的,聊起了鸡脚,一个在韩国很流行的点心。你首先得把脚里的骨头去除,然后把鸡脚拌入辣椒酱里再拿去炸,而这辣椒酱常常会辣得你大口喘气。 Peter承认他从来没有吃过鸡脚,他的朋友也就马上点了一份让他试试。鸡脚里大部分都是软骨,口感有点像橡胶,但酱汁非常可口。
