Recipe: Greek yogurt with strawberries, granola and chocolate

Recipe: Greek yogurt with strawberries, granola and chocolate

I can’t decide if this is a dessert or breakfast, but one thing’s for sure – it’s amazing! I start with creamy Greek yogurt, add a generous handful of Hungry Bird Eats Cardamom + Cinnamon granola, top it with fresh strawberries, and finish it off with a sprinkle of Lumineux Dark Drinking Chocolate. Yes, drinking chocolate! It’s perfect for making hot chocolate in the colder months, but I’ve found it’s even better as a topping for yogurt and desserts all year round. It’s the perfect way to elevate any breakfast bowl or sweet treat.

Notes

If you don’t have the Drinking Chocolate powder from Lumineux, you can use any kind of grated dark chocolate instead.

You can use any granola you like, but I think the Cardamom + Cinnamon Granola from Hungry Bird Eats is a match made in heaven with strawberries and chocolate.
