The crunchy and delicious granola are baked locally in small batches in Hungry Bird Eats bespoke kitchen in East Orange. The granola is nut-free and has all the classic spices, but with a little Nordic twist; Danish cookie spices from Danish Pebernødder.
The granola flavor is best described as a spiced cookie but with less added sugar and with a tiny kick from the white pepper and ginger, and with organic maple syrup as a sweetener instead of refined sugar.
Eat the granola traditionally with milk, yogurt, as a dessert on top of vanilla ice cream or topped on your smoothie.
