This smooth, luxurious jam captures the rich, velvety texture of honey, adding a naturally sweet and citrusy twist. It’s great with cheese, especially wash-rind cheese, but it’s also perfect for spreading on toasted bread, enhancing muffins with a dollop of sour cream, or stirring into Greek yogurt for a flavorful breakfast or snack.
