Jalapeño & Lime Jam

The Jalapeño & Lime Jam from Blake Hills is  like no other jam I’ve tried. It’s hot and sweet at the same time, which makes it delicious as a dipping sauce for fried chicken, fresh spring rolls, or perkedel jagung (Indonesian corn fritters – Recipe here) . It’s  also delicious as a topping for cream cheese on cheddar and jalapeño rolls or toasted bread.

The Jalapeño & Lime Jam is made with locally grown organic chilis from Honey Field Farm. The heat from the jalapeños is carefully balanced with fresh limes, cucumbers, and apple cider vinegar. A touch of pure cane sugar adds a subtle sweetness, resulting in a mild/medium heat (depending on who you ask) chili jam, bursting with flavors.
