One of the things that surprised me the most about Fuerteventura was how easy it is to find good restaurants, even in more touristy areas. Dining out is inexpensive, and if you like seafood, it Is your lucky day, as seafood in Fuerteventura is fresh and delicious, and very cheap compared to Denmark. Here are some of the restaurants we tried and liked:
Pulperia Dejavu Café – Corralejo
$$$
Pulperia is a tapas bar in Corralejo specializing in different kinds of octopus dishes. The restaurant is located in a very touristy part of town, but the food is delicious, with a modern, fusion touch, and refreshingly different from most other restaurants in this area.

Al Fresco – Costa Calma
$$
Al Fresco opened mid 2022, so it is the new kid on the block. The restaurant is family run, and both service and food are exceptionally great. It is one of those hidden gems, that you don’t really want to tell other people about, you just want to keep it to yourself, and even though your hotel is in another, town, you might find that Al Fresco is well worth the drive.

La Bodega de Jandía – Morro Jable
$$$
Nice tapas bar just behind the beach front in Morro Jable. Many of the small dishes come with a little twist, and this along with the presence of the charismatic owner, Ramón, makes a meal at La Bodega de Jandia something that you would not want to miss. The tapas bar is among the most popular places to go for lunch or dinner in Morro Jable, so a table reservation is crucial.

Plan B – La Pared
$$
Small cafe with nice bocadillo sandwiches and Currywurst(!). If you are staying at La Pared powered by Playitas, Plan B is a nice place to go, if you want to try something else than the hotel buffet.

The hotel restaurant at La Pared powered by Playitas
$$
The hotel restaurant serves a decent dinner buffet with a good selection of dishes that changes throughout the week. The restaurant is in a sports resort, so there are plenty of healthy food available, and while it might not be the dinner you would rave about to your friends, it is decent, solid buffet food, with something for everyone.

Caretta Beach – La Pared
$$$
Caretta Beach is a beautiful place to watch the sunset in La Pared, while sipping on a tasty cocktail. The food is also ok, but it is the drinks + sunset combo that constitutes the main reason for why you should visit Caretta Beach.

Café Caveto – La Pared
$$
Cozy little cafe in La Pared. We only had coffee, but the cafe also serves sandwiches and pastries, and you can also order a picnic package to bring with you to enjoy at the beach.

Restaurante Ramón – La Lajita
$$
Really cozy seafood restaurant with a picturesque beachfront location in La Lajita, which is a small village, quite off the beaten track. You won’t be the only tourist here, but Ramón is definitely less touristy than any of the other restaurants on this list, and the food is inexpensive, simple, and utterly delicious.
