Fishwife’s Smoked Salmon is making waves in the world of gourmet tinned fish, and it’s no fish tale! This isn’t just any smoked salmon; it’s an edible ethically-sourced symphony swimming straight into your pantry.

The Atlantic salmon is raised by third-generation family farmers, Kvarøy Arctic,  in the icy Arctic circle with deep ocean currents that keep the water fresh. Kvarøy Arctic, the very first finfish farm with a Fair Trade USA seal. That’s right! They’re also BAP, ASC, and Global G.A.P. certified, which means you’re getting fish that’s raised with love, ethics, and the highest standards of sustainability. The salmon is raised without antibiotics or chemicals and packed in BPA free cans.

Once caught, our salmon is carefully smoked in small, artisanal batches over a blend of beech, maple, and birch wood. This is a delicacy hand-packed and canned by a fifth-generation family-run cannery on the central coast of Washington. The result? A rich, smoky flavor that’s as homegrown as it gets.
