The Smoked Rainbow Trout from Fishwife is a true delicacy sourced from America’s first and only ASC-certified trout farm.  The trout is raised in pure Idaho spring water, without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones, or genetic engineering.

The trout is smoked in small batches over natural hardwood, before it is carefully hand-packed and canned by a First Nation’s-owned cannery on the coast of British Columbia.

The Fishwife Smoked Rainbow Trout has 62x less mercury than the FDA’s allowable standard and the cans used are BPA free.
