With these two packs of mac & cheese, you’ll always have a tasty meal at hand. You only need boiling water to prepare the mac and cheese, which make the packs great to bring along for camping, or for a couple of days in a secluded cabin, or keep them in your pantry at home for a delicious snack when the fridge is empty, and you’re busy with no time for grocery shopping.

The Hatch Green Chile definitely has some heat, but if you’re like me (asking for medium spicy when traveling in Thailand) this will be perfect for you. The Hatch Red Chile is slightly milder with a more round, smooth, flavor.
How to prepare the mac & cheese
Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan
Add pasta and peppers
Cook pasta uncovered for 8-10 minutes
Turn off heat, add cheese & spice pouch
Each pack yields 2 small servings as a snack or one large serving as a meal.
