The Hearty Potato Soup from Soup of Success is a nutritious blend featuring hearty diced potatoes, carrots, onions, leeks, and Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning by s.a.l.t. sisters. This product is designed to provide a warm, fulfilling meal perfect for cold days.
What you need: 1 bag of Hearty Potato Soup Mix, 1 seasoning packet (included in the bag), 8 cups chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp butter, 1 lb sausage, cooked (optional), 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional), 3 tbsp green onion, chopped (optional)
Remove the seasoning packet from the bag. Put chicken broth and contents of seasoning packet in a large pot on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Add in contents of soup bag and heavy cream. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add butter and cooked sausage, cook for an additional minute. Garnish with cheddar cheese and green onion.

Initiated in a basement with just one participant and a single product, the program has evolved significantly under the enduring leadership of Betsy Ayrea. Relocating to larger spaces over the years, the program has expanded its curriculum to include a range of life skills. Operating as an intensive 20-week course, Soup of Success remains committed to its core focus: empowering women through education and resources to improve self-esteem, independence, and quality of life.
