LA: Katana – Japanese restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood

Katana - Los Angeles

Katana is a hip Japanese restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood. The menu has a good selection of sushi and different kinds of Japanese small plates, as well as a wide range of robata (Japanese skewers), so no matter what you feel like digging into, you will probably find something that tempts your taste buds.

The food is served to share and depending on your appetite, you will probably need 2-3 small plates or 5-6 skewers and a salad, so expect to spend around $30-40 + tips on food (and more if you only eat sushi). There is a spacious and popular bar inside, so grab a cocktail to kick off the digestion, before you leave.

• If the weather permits, try to get a table on the outside patio, from where you have front-row views of Sunset Strip.

• Happy Hour every day between 17:30-19:00

• The robata starts at $2.5 a piece
